When you eat a certain food, you cannot appreciate what it seems like if you eat fast. You can not fully acknowledge it's real texture if you are in a hurry. If you are starving all you care about is getting full.
That may be your target but the next question is after eating, were you contented? Or even though you are full you want to eat again? That is what occurs when you hurry things. You will go to your target without even appreciating what you have been through.
Fitness training is not supposedly treated like that. It is done by following programs and routines posted by your trainer or whatever gym you are registered to. You need to undergo the procedure before you can get to where you are going.
True, your goal may be to become fit and healthy or promote strength and all those things but you will not be satisfied if you do shortcuts. But if you do it step by step, you will see where you are going and keep an eye on your progress.
Don't consider what you see on televisions about getting fit in a short period of time. True you will accomplish your goal but you will have some injury in a certain part of your body. There have been issues concerning this.
